Welcome to Reply With AI. By accessing our web application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service & AI Disclaimer

Reply With AI utilizes artificial intelligence to suggest responses for your conversations. Please understand that:

  • AI Limitations: AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, offensive, or hallucinated.
  • Your Responsibility: The Service is an assistant, not a replacement for your judgment. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before sending it.
  • No Professional Advice: Suggestions provided by the AI do not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.

2. User Content & Data Security

You retain full ownership of the text and images you upload ("Your Content"). However, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

2.1 Prohibited Data

To protect your privacy and the safety of others, you strictly agree NOT to upload sensitive personal information. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Financial data (credit card numbers, bank accounts).
  • Health records or medical data.
  • Government-issued identifiers (SSNs, Passport numbers).

We are not liable for any consequences resulting from your upload of such sensitive data in violation of these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service legally and ethically. You must not:

  • Use the Service to generate spam, harassment, or hate speech.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to hack the Service.
  • Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property of others.

4. Credits, Billing, and Refunds

Access to AI features is managed via a credit-based system. Credits represent units of computational work and are consumed when you use AI-powered features.

4.1 Credit Allocations

Each subscription tier receives a weekly credit allocation:

  • Free: 10 credits per week
  • Plus: 50 credits per week
  • Pro: 100 credits per week

Credits reset automatically every 7 days from your last reset date.

4.2 Credit Usage

Each AI action consumes 1 credit. The following actions cost credits:

  • Parsing a conversation: 1 credit (text or image upload)
  • Generating reply suggestions: 1 credit
  • Conversation analysis: 1 credit
  • Conversation coach message: 1 credit per message sent

Note: We reserve the right to modify credit costs as our underlying AI costs change. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

4.3 Credit Expiration

  • No Rollover: Unused credits do not roll over to the next week. Credits reset to your tier's full allocation each cycle.
  • Conversation Estimates: The "Weekly Conversations" shown on our pricing page are estimates based on typical usage patterns (approximately 2 credits per conversation). Actual usage depends on which features you use.

4.4 Subscription Terms

Paid subscriptions (Plus and Pro) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4.5 Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or pro-rated credits for partial months or unused credits, except where required by law.

5. Liability and Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or suitability for specific tasks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reply With AI shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, particularly regarding the upload of prohibited sensitive data or acceptable use.
